He has served as Operations Manager across Steel, Heavy Industries, and Process Equipment Manufacturing, and as Project Manager for Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) and Maintenance/Modernization projects spanning some of the world's most demanding sectors: Energy, FPSO/Oil & Gas, Chemicals and Petrochemicals, and Industrial Plants.
That foundation in precision and complexity shapes everything he does.
Today, Jeno works at the frontier of what technology can build and what humanity must protect. As an AI & IT Solutions Architect, Hands-on AI Solutions and Applications/Software Developer, Subject Matter Expert, and Specialist in Rapid Application Development (RAD) using AI and Low-Code/No-Code solutions, he brings deep, practitioner-level expertise across Artificial Intelligence, the Internet of Things (IoT), Web3 and Blockchain, Business Intelligence, Project Management, CRM, HRM/HCM, and SAP/ERP systems. As a Project Manager, he has developed an MRP (Material Requirements Planning) system for his own projects, and has also served as Project Manager and Subject Matter Expert for ERP/SAP implementations.
He is also a seasoned entrepreneur — founder and director of his own startup companies, a former Founder and Adviser of an entrepreneurship organization, and a trusted consultant and trainer whose advisory work in Project Management, AI, and IT has reached organizations, companies, and individuals across the world.
His current passion sits at the bleeding edge of enterprise transformation. Jeno is deeply focused on building autonomous AI-powered systems that go beyond simple automation — designing intelligent architectures that enable businesses to become self-optimizing, data-driven, and genuinely AI-native.
